Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sweet pickles
    5 chopped, boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper
    pickle vinegar (as needed)
Preparation
    Place chopped chicken in a large bowl.
    Season with lemon juice, salt and red pepper.
    Add mayonnaise and a bit of pickle vinegar to moisten.
    Can add chopped nuts.
    Apples or grapes may be added, if desired.
