Summer Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 sticks butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour (plain)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
    Gradually add flour and baking powder. Fold in fruit and nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes in 4 small loaf pans or 1 hour in 2 large loaf pans or Bundt pan.
