Sweet And Sour Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. country-style pork chops
    1 1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    4 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/3 c. wine vinegar
    1 c. pineapple chunks (in heavy syrup), drained (save syrup)
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 medium size onions, cut in bite size pieces
    2 large green peppers, cut in bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Put ribs in baking pan and brown in a 425\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain fat.
    Combine all ingredients for sauce.
    Cook over medium heat until smooth and glossy and is thick.
    Spoon 1/2 of the sauce over the ribs.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue cooking for 25 minutes.
    Turn ribs over and cover with remaining sauce; cook for another 25 to 30 minutes.
