Pineapple Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix 1/4 cup sugar and flour.
Combine egg and 3 tablespoons cold water; add to sugar-flour mixture.
Heat juices; slowly stir small amount into egg mixture; return to hot mixture.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Chill.
Whip cream with 2 tablespoons sugar. Fold into juice mixture.
Makes 3 cups.
