Six Weeks Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 c. shortening, melted
1 qt. buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
Preparation

Mix raisin bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in very large bowl.
Add beaten eggs, shortening and buttermilk and mix well. Store in refrigerator and us as desired.
For muffins, fill greased tins 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 in preheated oven, 15 to 20 minutes.
Batter will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks, if covered.
If batter has been in refrigerator, bake a little longer.
