Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
1 c. applesauce
2 eggs
2 tsp. liquid sweetener
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. soda
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cook raisins in 2 cups of water for a few minutes.
Drain water off and roll raisins in flour, then add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil.
Blend in soda, flavoring and remaining ingredients.
Bake in tube pan at
350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
