Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans sweet potatoes, drained or vacuum packed
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon flavor
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. Angel Flake coconut
6 eggs
2 cans evaporated milk

Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes and sugar.
Add other ingredients.
Cook in 8 x 12-inch pan.
Set pan in hot water and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
