Fat-Free Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus, drained
1 tsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped sweet red pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped green chili
1/4 tsp. crushed dried cilantro leaves
pinch of salt and black pepper (optional)
Preparation

Mash or coarsely process asparagus until almost pureed, but still contains some small chunks.
Add rest of ingredients; cover and refrigerate for several hours, if possible, before use. Yield:
Approximately 2 cups.
