Basil Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small onion, sliced
6 medium carrots, thinly sliced on bias
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. basil, crushed
Preparation

In medium skillet melt the butter or margarine; add the onion and saute until wilted.
Add the sliced carrots.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.
Cook, covered, simmering 15 to 20 minutes, just until carrots are tender.
Makes 6 servings.
