Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour plus 4 Tbsp.
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cream together sugars, margarine and oil until light.
Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients.
Add to the first mixture and mix well.
Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press cookies down with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
