Corn Crisped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken in evaporated milk.
    Roll in mixture of corn flake crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Place in shallow baking pan lined with aluminum foil (that's right, no shortening!).
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until drumstick is tender when pierced with a fork.
