Scalloped Potatoes(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole and arrange 2 cups potato slices in casserole dish.
    Put 1/2 of the onions on top of potatoes.
    Put remaining potatoes and onions on top of this.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix soup and milk together and pour over potatoes.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
