Club Day Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 or 12 oz.) Stove Top stuffing
1 stick margarine
1 c. chicken broth (or water)
2 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
grated Cheddar cheese on top
Preparation

Mix stuffing with broth and margarine.
Place 1/2 of the mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix chicken, onions, celery, mayonnaise, chestnuts and salt.
Spread over first mixture. Spread with remaining stuffing.
Beat eggs slightly and add milk. Pour over stuffing.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking and spread with soup.
Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Serves 8.
