Crunch-Top Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
3 or 4 large baking potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch slices
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Melt butter in 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan at 375\u00b0.
Add single layer of potatoes and turn once in butter.
Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake 1/2 hour or until done.
