Southern Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 3) can chopped kraut, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) container pimento
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix kraut, celery, bell pepper, onion and pimento.
Mix well. Set aside.
Combine sugar, oil and vinegar, heat until sugar is dissolved.
Cool.
Mix this mixture with the veggie mixture.
Let stand overnight.
