Manicotti Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/8 tsp. salt
    Crepes
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Prego)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix first seven ingredients together until smooth.
    Fill center of crepe with 3 tablespoons mixture and roll up.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Freezes well.
