Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries, ground
3/4 c. sugar
2 small cans crushed pineapple
2 boxes cherry jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped celery
cottage cheese for top
chopped nuts for top
Preparation
-
Grind cranberries and add sugar.
Dissolve jello in hot water. When it begins to cool and thicken, add orange juice, pineapple and celery.
