Tuna Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    milk
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and rub skin with oil.
    Bake in hot oven about 1 hour or until soft.
    Cut each potato in half and scoop out into a bowl, keeping shells intact.
    Mash hot potatoes; add butter, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add enough milk to make potatoes soft and fluffy.
    Heap into skins, building up sides and leaving hole for tuna mix.
