Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and shortening together; add eggs, one at a time, until blended.
    Add vanilla and lemon extracts; blend. Add milk and flour alternately until blended.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
