Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
2 c. stuffing mix (pkg. mix)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, softened
salt and pepper
1 c. Mozzarella cheese or to taste (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Freeze on cookie sheets before serving.
