German Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground meat
    1 c. rice, soak in water 15 to 20 minutes
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 bay leaf (can be added to sauerkraut)
    1 large can sauerkraut
    2 large heads cabbage
Preparation
    Dip cabbage in hot water to soften.
    Cut center out and pull leaves apart.
    Roll meat into cabbage leaves.
    Place cabbage leaves on the bottom of a large roaster or cook in crock-pot.
    Add sauerkraut over the cabbage leaves and repeat layers.
