Foil-Baked Sole And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 scallions
    1 large carrot
    1 stalk celery
    4 filets of sole
    1/3 c. butter (room temperature)
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut 4 squares of foil (12-inch squares). Chop scallions; cut carrots and celery into thin slices. Place fish filet in center of each piece of foil, dividing equally.
    Sprinkle scallions, carrot and celery on top of each.
