Caramel Nut Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oleo, softened
1 egg
3 1/4 to 3 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
2/3 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in 1/4 cup of sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons of oleo, egg and 2 cups of flour.
Beat until smooth.
Work in enough flour until dough is easy to handle. Place greased side up in a greased bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 4 to 5 days or continue to complete at once.
