Orange Raisin Muffin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper cups.
Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
Add combined milk, oil, egg and grated orange peel.
Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown and wooden toothpick comes out clean. Remove to wire rack.
In small bowl, combine powdered sugar and orange juice.
Drizzle over slightly cooled muffins.
