Ingredients

2 purple onions, sliced
6 tomatoes, quartered
1 green pepper, cut in strips
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Place onions, tomatoes and green pepper in bowl.
In a saucepan bring all remaining ingredients to a boil.
Boil 1 minute.
While still hot, pour over vegetables.
Chill.
Makes 6 servings.
