Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes
    1 qt. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. onion seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water; when soft, rub through strainer.
    Scald milk; add to potatoes.
    Mel butter; add dry ingredients.
    Stir until well mixed; stir into boiling soup.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Strain and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
