Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, cubed
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    4 bouillon cubes
    1 onion (medium), chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    5 c. water
    1 can evaporated milk
    2/3 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Lower heat to cook 40 to 45 minutes.
    Add evaporated milk and margarine. Stir frequently until thickened.
