Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage or ground beef or bulk sausage
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
    2 (12 oz.) cartons large curd cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    another 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
    Brown meat; add next 6 ingredients.
    Simmer until thick, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cook noodles.
    Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
