Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. boiling water or scalded milk
    2 large eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar (add 1/4 c. if you like sweeter rolls)
    2 cakes or 2 pkg. yeast
    7 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Use a large bowl to mix it in.
    Combine shortening and boiling water or milk.
    Stir until melted.
    In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salt.
    Stir, then add cold water.
    Put both packages of yeast in lukewarm water and dissolve.
    Combine all 3 mixtures in the large bowl.
    Stir well.
    Add flour.
    Will be a little wet. Cover tight and chill overnight.
    Shape, let rise and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes.
