Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sole or orange roughy
    seasoned bread crumbs with extras of garlic and grated cheese
    1 small can tomato sauce
    oregano
    oil
    bay leaves
Preparation
    Rinse roughy in cold water.
    Dip each piece in oil and then in bread crumbs.
    Place on cookie sheet and put a tablespoon of tomato sauce on each piece of fish.
    Sprinkle oregano on each and place a bay leaf around the fish.
    Sprinkle a little oil around the bottom of the pan and cook for about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, more or less, depending on the thickness of fish.
