Amaretto Mousse* * * * * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    2 c. Amaretto liquor
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 large egg whites
    2 pinches cream of tartar
    2 c. heavy cream, well chilled
    2 c. whole almonds, ground and toasted lightly
Preparation
    The Shrimp Salad is family, the Cauliflower and Broccoli is from a T. V. cooking show and the Amaretto Mousse was cut from a magazine.
    You could say this is Wisconsin, Iowa and Arkansas.
