Mint Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bottle 7-Up (approximately 70 oz.)
    46 oz. pineapple juice
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, thawed
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    1 bottle dry champagne (optional)
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients in bowl and stir.
    Garnish as you like.
