Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, fried crisp
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. minced onion
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk or cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sprinkle onion, cheese and bacon in unbaked pie crust.
    Beat eggs and other ingredients; pour over bacon and cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
