Cinnamon Apple Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium cooking apples, unpeeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch rings
    1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Place apple slices in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over apples.
    Cover loosely with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
    Microwave at High for 2 minutes or until apples are tender.
    Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
    Yields 6 servings.
    Contains about 76 calories per serving.
