Cheese Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. defatted beef stock or low-sodium beef broth
    1 c. frozen cheese tortillas
    1 c. frozen peas
    2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes
    3/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine the stock or broth, tortellini, peas, tomatoes, basil and oregano.
    Cover and boil, then reduce heat.
    Simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until tortellini are tender.
