Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, rinse and pat dry
    1/2 c. heated olive oil
    2 cloves garlic (dried chips)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms for 3 minutes in heated olive oil, stirring constantly over medium heat.
    Mix in cloves of garlic, salt, white pepper, thyme, tarragon vinegar, lemon rind, lemon juice and bay leaf.
    Put in glass bowl.
    Cool.
    Serve at room temperature. Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
