Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    6 jalapeno chilies, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Pace picante sauce
    1/3 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1 can hominy, drained
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with corn chips.
