Maple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. maple syrup
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add milk and vanilla. Stir only enough to mix. Pour into greased 8-inch pan. Combine maple syrup, water and butter. Heat just to melt butter. Pour over cake batter. Do not stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Delicious.
