Two-Step Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, sliced
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 plum tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. tomato sauce
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. (3 oz.) shells
    1 c. cooked navy beans
    1 c. cooked kidney beans
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients, cover with water and simmer 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
    Contains per serving: 61 mg. calcium and 161 calories.
