Chicken Saute(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned, boned chicken breasts
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 c. low sodium chicken broth
    1/2 c. seasoned flour (1 Tbsp. onion flakes, 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. pepper)
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Make seasoned flour:
    Add onion flakes, parsley flakes and pepper to flour and mix.
    Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
    Get as much flour as you can to stay on chicken.
