Hot Crab Meat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    3/4 medium onion, grated
    4 shakes garlic
    3 handfuls sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. fresh crab meat *
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 shakes Tabasco
    pepper to taste
