Harold'S Men'S Day Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) bag flour (White Lily self-rising)
    2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 gal. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix shortening in flour; add buttermilk, then mix well.
    Pour dough on floured surface and knead well.
    Roll out and cut biscuits.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 until done.
    Yields 50 to 60 biscuits.
