Ingredients

1 pita bread
2 Tbsp. Italian dressing, divided
2 slices processed cheese
pizza toppings (chopped green and red peppers, sliced mushrooms or sliced red onions)
Preparation

Lightly brush bread with 1 tablespoon of the dressing; place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Brush bread half with half of the remaining dressing.
Top with processed cheese and desired pizza toppings. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese has begun to melt.
Cut into 6 wedges.
Makes 2 servings.
