Quick Strawberry Sauce(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed, drained and juice reserved
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Blend reserved juice and cornstarch in small saucepan.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; stir in strawberries.
    Cool completely.
    (Use to serve over low-fat frozen yogurt
    or ice milk.) Calories 7 per tablespoon, cholesterol 0 and sodium 0.
