Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, nutmeg and cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 c. raisins (I use 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Combine sugars, pumpkin, oil and eggs.
    Blend well.
    Add spices and flour.
    Mix well.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Bake in greased or foil-lined loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes or until done.
    Cool on rack.
