Christmas Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. 1 Kings 4:22 ( 4 c. flour)
1/2 tsp. Leviticus 2:13 (1/2 tsp. salt)
2 tsp. 1 Kings 10:10 (1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. cloves, 1/2 tsp. mace)
1 c. Judges 5:25 (1 c. butter or shortening)
2 1/2 c. Jeremiah 6:20 (2 1/2 c. sugar)
6 Isaiah 10:14 (6 eggs, unbeaten)
4 Tbsp. 1 Samuel 14:25 (4 Tbsp. honey)
1 c. Numbers 17:8 (1 c. almonds)
4 c. 1 Samuel 30:12 (2 c. figs, 2 c. raisins)
1/2 c. Genesis 24:17 (1/2 c. water)
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and spices together 3 times.
Cream butter and sugar, gradually and cream until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, honey, almonds, raisins and figs.
Mix well.
Add flour alternately with water.
Beat well.
Bake in greased pan about 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
