Herb Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole ripe tomatoes
    2/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/4 c. parsley (dried can be used)
    1/4 c. green onions and tops, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and slice thick.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Marinate tomatoes overnight.
    To serve:
    Arrange tomatoes on a serving plate and spoon a small amount of marinade over them.
