Pepper Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
    2 c. chopped red peppers
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    sprinkle of ground ginger
    1 packet beef broth mix
Preparation
    Combine turkey with remaining ingredients.
    Shape into a loaf and place on rack in shallow baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This is a great low-fat meat loaf.
