Crunchy Crust French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    dash of cinnamon
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
    4 slices bread
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Blend together 1 egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon.
    Mix coconut and corn flakes together and put in a pie plate.
    Dip 4 slices of bread in egg mixture, then coat with cereal and coconut.
    Heat margarine in skillet over medium heat.
    Brown toast slices until golden brown on both sides.
    Serve hot with maple syrup or honey.
