Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
    4 eggs
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix (in box)
    2 sticks butter or margarine (I use only 1/2 stick butter)
Preparation
    Melt butter in large baking dish.
    Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour into the baking dish.
    Bake for 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
